Thermomix Lasagna

Winter has finally hit Sydney so it is time to bring out the classic winter dinners, and Lasagna is one of our favourites here at Sweet Little Pretties
Lasagna is so quick and easy in the Thermomix it does not take forever so can also be a simple meal during the week
Bolognese Sauce
1 x Brown Onion
3 x Cloves Garlic
50 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
500 grams Premium Beef Mince
1 x Large Tomato, diced
50 grams Water
400 grams Organic canned tomato
280 grams Tomato paste
Bechamel Sauce
200mL Light Milk
30 grams Plain Flour
Grating of Parmesan Cheese
To Assemble
Lasanga Pasta Sheets
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
1. Place 100 grams of Parmesan Cheese into the Thermomix Bowl – place on speed 4 for 30 seconds to grate (This can be adapted to how fine you would like your parmesan cheese)
2. Saute onion and garlic in the extra virgin olive for 3 minutes – 90 degrees speed 3 reseverse
3. Add Premium Beef Mince to the bowl and cook for 10 minutes – 100 degrees speed 4 reverse
4. Scrape down the sides and add water, fresh tomato, tomato paste and diced tomatoes to the bowl – 100 degrees speed 4 reverse.
5. Take a large baking dish and take a small spoonful of the Bolognese mixture to slightly cover the bottom
6.  Layer one Lasanga Sheet and cover with Bolognese mixture and then cover with parmesan cheese (repeat until you have run out of mixture and ready for your top layer)
7. One your Bolognese mixture has been added to the baking dish add milk, plain flour and some parmesan to the Thermomix Bowl and heat to 60 degrees for 4 minutes
8. Pour mixture ontop of your Lasanga and add Mozzarella Cheese to the top
9. Bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden
