Raspberry and White Chocolate Pinwheels

Looking for an easy afternoon treat or dessert that can be made with minimal ingredients – my raspberry and white chocolate pinwheels are perfect with 4 ingredients


2 sheets of puff pastry

1/4 cup frozen raspberries

1/3 cup white chocolate buttons

1 egg


1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

2. Place two pieces of puff pastry to thaw for 5 minutes

3. Divide each sheet into 4 squares and cut from each corner leaving approximately an inch away from centre

4. Place white chocolate in the centre of each square

5. Place a raspberry in each section on the right side of each cut

6. Take the left hand corner of each piece taking the point to the centre of the pinwheel

7. Place raspberries in each open pocket of the pinwheel

8. In a bowl which the egg and using a pastry brush, lightly wash the pastry with the egg mixture

9. Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden

Makes 8 Pinwheels
