My journey to far
I have a long way to go, it is actually quite sad just how unhealthy I was prior to being pregnant but with the extra motivation I am getting myself out there. I have started small with weekly goals that I want to achieve
1. Drink 3lts of water
2. Close all 3 rings on Apple Fitness
3. Have no soft drink
So far 5 days in I am on track to hit every goal this week and have been pushing myself out of the comfort zone when it comes to fitness.
I look forward to sharing my journey and I have been taking a lot of photos during my progress so that I can have proper before and afters.
Looking for the challenge email me and I would love to have accountability partners
Please note that whilst this post contains affiliate links all opinions are my own and I am working to be a healthier and fitter version of myself.
