Dark and White Chocolate Brownies

A sweet indulging treat with only 7 ingredients – a great addition to school lunch boxes or even work lunch boxes these Dark and White Chocolate Brownies will be a huge hit!

Preperation Time – 10 Minutes

Cooking Time – 15 Minutes

Total Time – 25 Minutes


150 grams salted butter

80 grams white chocolate chips

95 grams dark chocolate chips

1/2 Cup Self Raising Flour

1 Cup Brown Sugar

3 x Large Eggs

1 x teaspoon Vanilla Essence


1. Combine butter and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat

2. Preheat Oven at 160 degrees

3. Bring butter and chocolate to a simmer and stir until both have melted, approximately 3 minutes

4. Set mixture aside to cool 

5. In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients and pour in chocolate mixture and combine

6. Place mixture in a brownie tray and bake for 15 minutes or until skewer comes out clean

7. Serve with ice cream and berries
